28 Jul 2014
Teacher’s Orientation Programme is an organized study of teachers in action in the classrooms, based on subject knowledge, classroom transactions and professionalism, thereby providing them a profitable period for learning and development. The focus is on teacher growth.
They will cooperatively engage in a systematic evaluation of their performance in curriculum delivery. This in turn will help schools identify teacher potentials, staff development needs and the identification of other contributory factors for school improvement. The VES is conducting massive orientation programme to equip teachers to be more student friendly and help improve their evaluation skill.
